What a nightmare ordering this aircard on-line. I ordered it online and when I kept emailing for an order status three times over a four day period they never replied. Jerks.. Then when it came it was left out in the rain. Delivery sucked!! Next it was sent unactivated and when I called in customer service just didn't understand so they had to go thru and activate after 30 minutes of waiting. Then I had to call back in for a level 2 tech to figure out it wasn't going thru the switch properly. When I sent my rebate in it came back denied because it was in the wrong time when the promotion was going on. WRONG!!! I rarely us it in Central PA because speeds are a joke and try using it inside a big building.. I'm a sucker!!! Network was finally update EVDO last fall.
Haven't been using it because I upgraded my laptop and I need to get a USB aircard..

| sprint you stated verizon worked but not sprint, perhaps a bit more research you would have known that, or that perhaps sprint is not evdo rev a in your area, i use it in the country for a while now, and although I do not see some of the speeds others do, I game on it nightly in aa with no problems, download updates and other pics for family albums without any problems. I am sorry to hear yours did not work to the fullest, but perhaps you should have taken some more time to research as i stated earlier. either way so sorry
