    If a network outage can be identified by 3 or more reports of a problem in an area Optus dispatch a service team within 2 hours. Most times it is resolved in less than 2hours once on site.

    Ringing for service can be very frustrating with waits of over 30min with some dropouts while listening to music on hold. Many times the call isn't processed with confidence and needs further phone calls to ensure the required actions are effected.
