    Have subscribed to T-Mobile basic "Family Plan" (2 lines w/600 shared minutes) since Janurary 2001. Have been totally satisified with the phone service everywhere we have lived (Houston, Honolulu and Albuquerque). Connections are seldom dropped and voice clarity is excellent. I'm still using the original Nokia 6190 phone included with my original contract. My wife upgrades her phone regularly.

    T-Mobile customer support has been outstanding on the few occasions I've needed them over the years. Billing has been accurate and problem free since the beginning, never had any billing surprises/nightmares.

    I could honestly recommend T-Mobile to others in at least all of the service areas I've lived since 2001.
