    My ISP was Charter Communications originally. I had not problems with them. But, as soon as Suddelink took over, WHAM! Outage after outage. We were supposed to automatically be upgraded from 3Mb to 6Mb without extra cost, but I'm still lucky to be getting 3Mb.

    I recently switched my business from Suddenlink to Verizon DSL (just became available to me around the beginning of the year) and am glad I did. I would go ahead and switch my home service if I wasn't planning to try beaming Wi-Fi home from the office (about 1/2 mile away).
