Hawaiiantel will not give me any technical support for a DSL modem/ wireless router/ethernet router if I did not buy it from them. Their price for hardware is about 25% above going market price. Used unit on eBay for $25 works fine, but required DSLReports Forum help to get it going. No help from Hawaiiantel. They would only help me with original single port DSL modem they sold me.
