I have been a ATT/Cingular customer since the days of Comcast Cellular it wasnt until the last year i have experienced serious problems. First Cingular allowed customers to create personalized email addresses, however since then they have removed the site, and you cannot manager your previous emails. So if you get spam, your stuck and ATT has no plans to fix it. Which why i am giving them a low score. Another issue is that support really doesnt care, they just read scripts, and say it something you must have done.
In terms of overall experience Cingular has been good, but in terms of Customer service they get a F, and thats being nice.
