    I've been with Eclipse for 8 years and they are still excellent value and reliable. In all that time, there have probably been about 4 outages, all of which were just a few hours.

    They don't have as good a name as they used to, but no ISP is going to satisfy everyone 100% of the time, and people with complaints are always noisier than satisfied customers!
