As I live on an Army base, my choices for high speed internet were limited. In this case, limited to one, since the base housing is wired for FIOS and no other options are available.
Thankfully, FIOS is just dandy when it comes to providing internet service. We have the 25/25 symmetrical package as part of a bundled deal with home telephone and television. We didn't really want the television, but we needed the home phone because cell phone service is spotty at best here on the base, and bundling all three together was barely more than just internet and phone together.
No problems with the ordering and installation. We received one of the wireless-G routers, which I think sort of sucks in this day and age. The router is surprisingly configurable though, so it's tolerable.
I'm satisfied with the service. I only wish I could get a wireless-N router from them.
