Had FiOS installed 4/26. It's like my tv has a new life. Internet speeds have been rock solid no matter what or how many things I'm doing.

So far from the 2 times I've had to use them, customer service has been great and my questions/problems were resolved within!15 minutes of my call.

Missing a couple of channels but it's worth it.
