As soon as FIOS was available in my neighborhood I signed up; have not been disappointed yet. Connection is rock solid, low latency and hasn't dropped since I've had service (8 months?). Paying for 25/15 service (or is it 25/10?) and get 30/25 every time I do a speed check.
I took the 2 year contract and service includes FIOS TV. the main reason I took the contract was the $150 gift card and no price increase for the term of the agreement.
Unfortunately I cannot comment about tech support, as there has been no need to contact tech support.
