Long time comcast customer (20+ years) & the price hikes were killing us. Just moved to a new development where Verizon FIOS was available so we opted to change to FIOS. Pretty easy setup online selecting our package & options. Installation was well coordinated & took far less time than the website indicated it would. Tech was extremely knowledgeable & took us through the isp, tv & voice thing. Very neat install. The tv choices, menus, & dvr functionality beats comcast by a country mile. ISP is blazingly fast & solid. we don't use the voice but it works ok------interestingly it requires 10 digit dialing for all numbers. oh yes, the price (is locked for 2 years) and is SIGNIFICANTLY less than i was paying for cable. in short, superb HDTV/DVR quality, blazingly fast internet, good voice for less money. we are verizon FIOS believers!
