- Order process was easy, did it online, received confirmation calls from VZ, they were always helpful and knowledgeable
- Install was great, the technician was professional and courteous
- They arrived on the day they said, at the time they said, tech worked for about 4 hours to accommodate my home's setup which was 3 set top boxes and internet
- Too bad they require using their actiontec router--I will have to request that they enable the CAT5 port on the ONT and then use the actiontec just to provide MOCA for my STB's
Speed is good so far, will have to update things as I go :^)
