I was one of the first to get their business FIOS service and helped them test it for the first month. They gave me that month service without charge. Pre-install workups were very thorough. Install did not go so well due to me using my own VPN router and their technician not really knowing much other than their D-Link products. I was able to work directly with their Tier 3 techs and get things up quickly.

15/2Mb service has been pretty much dead on with the sites I check it on. By far the best internet service I have ever had. In almost 4yrs only had to get tech support on the line twice and was able to resolve quickly.

Only complaint since I am using this as home office service, is I can not get them to install a second ONT to allow me to purchase their FIOS TV service. It can not share my business ONT. So another fiber line would have to be ran from the street. They have filled out two orders in two years and each one was canceled by higher management. Maybe some day they will relax this restriction. I will not give up my business class connection just to have their TV service.

I am currently a FiOs tech in pennsylvania.. While I do admit that the holds the company has in place against businesses getting the cable seem impossible to get around, I have done multiple installs where the business customer found a way around this. Sometimes the person you talk when you call to may not be the sharpest (or most experienced) person in the company.. Whenever this happens to me, I just hang up, call back, and repeat the problem in hopes of getting more success.. I know it sounds agonizing (it is), but it's the only solution that works for me.

By the Way, the 15/2 speed has been upgraded to 20/5 in most areas.. The catch is that it's not automatic.. You have to call the company and inform them that you want the free upgrade..

I hope something I've said helps you
