    Had some billing issues at first and problems porting over my phone from competition. I have a feeling looking back that it was the competitor's dragging their feet more than VZ... I have had the TV service for 7 mos now without a single outage. Had to reboot my router once....for internet and VOD. Thinking about upgrading to Home media center...have friend that has it and loves it...plus saving him $...had multiple DVR's before.
