    I have been with Verizon since 10/99 so this was a swap of DSL for FIOS.
    Jason the Verizon installer was absolutely top-notch, on time, and knew his stuff.

    We have a couple of T's and 2 Comcast Business HS lines at work in Philly.
    Comcast seems a tad less reliable than FIOS for me.
    The Actiontec router is a massive device and due to logistics I added a Linky WAP54G and disabled the wireless on the router although it seemed to work OK.
    All in all I am happy as a kid on Christmas day.

    UPDATE:
    OK well now I am at 20/5Mbps.
    Still happy as all get out.
    Haven't had a service interruption since the install so reliability is 100%.
    Can't wait until Philly has FIOS. We will be kicking Comcast to the curb at work.
    If you can get FIOS IMHO get it.
