6/20/09 -once again I was prompted to update my review..... all is good. Oh yea, billing department still needs improvements but you take the good with the bad......
12/08/08- I was prompted to update my review. The service is unsurpassed and billing still sucks. Once you are up and running the service is great however if you make the slightest account change the billing department then decides every item on your bill is fair game and you will then needs 3 or more billing cycles and some phone time to get it resolved. YMMV but this has been my experience since 2001 when I first got DSL service, that said the billing dept is no better since upgrading to Fios

| Wish we could get it at our office in Ewing You are lucky. I have tried and tried but Verizon refuses to bring in FIOS into our small CPA office which is located at Lower Ferry Road in Ewing. It is kind of crazy since FIOS is available to the surrounding local residents. I never can get a straight answer from Verizon on why do refuse to bring in the FIOS line (which will cost them little) into our office. Good luck with what I consider the gold standard of internet service. | |

Thats kind of ironic because as they were deploying Fios though out the central Jersey area I noticed sections of Ewing being cabled about 18 months prior to even Verizon stating our area. I would have thought anyone in Ewing could have subscribed to the service but obviously I would be wrong. Good luck and I hope you get it resolved | |

| Just A Thought I have had Fios 20/5 Since Jan 07 and the tech support has always been Very good and works with you until Issue resolved. I upgraded to the TV/Phone /Internet 20/20 in Oct., and even with the few Glitches, tech Support was VG.
