    Was an early adopter when the service hit Grapevine and had a small glitch but was so impressed with the tech support response and installers desire for me to get proper service. Not a single glitch since getting on-line with FIOS last March. VOIP works great, wired phones work great and I am hoping to have video service within a couple of months.

    Only improvement would be to drop PPOE and go with DHCP.

    I have since had TV and have not had any problems.

    I have also moved my enet to a business account with five static IPs and recently upgraded to a 20/5 speed at no additional cost and am still loving it. And I still have had no issues with tech support or the business office.

    Recently had my business ONT fail and within two hours it was replaced and I was back in operation. Still no issues as Tech Support has been awesome.
