Well there was confusion when we first moved into our new place the bell guy came over and he just open cabinet where all the connects are and just turn on a switch,

we showed him the bell modem and he was shocked that we had it wondering how

teksavvy was allowed to use their modems since their the competition.

This really confused us, then the teksavvy guy came and installed the wires for us but he was just hired by teksavvy to do it and really didn't know anything he just did his thing and left as fast as possible.

the connection at first work beautiful no problems but it seem to disconnect every single night on cue at 2am/3am which is the time I stream and I make my money so this is vitale to me, It disconnects 3 times every day at sporadic times and I have no idea why, it still does that to day. I have 25/7 so it's the best possible one I can get, (yes unlimited) and I find this irritating because I can have 1000 viewers and instantly lose them to this constant disconnecting which i never had on rogers.

RE: REVIEW

A HBell rental modem is required for the 25 / 7 service so i don't understand how the guy could be 'shocked' that you had one . This modem is known to have reboot issues with certain firmware . You might want to look into that causing your disconnects ....

service issues?

I would have to agree with Crowbar1. Bell gives us not option BUT to use their modem on the 25/7 so I don't understand how they would be surprised it was there. Unless their regular field techs are just unaware of how things work for third parties.

Have you contacted our Tech Support on these disconnects? If not please call us at 877-357-2889 or post here: »TekSavvy Direct

Thank you,
