I've been with TekSavvy at a couple of other apartments and it's been a charm. After moving back in with my parents, I decided that it's time to convince them to ditch the [Cogeco: overpriced, low reliability, poor speed internet] and go with something sustainable and truly excellent. It's time for TekSavvy! I'm savvy with the inside wiring and setup, so activation and hookup was not a challenge. Got activated. What more can I say other than perfection in an ISP who has their customer service and tech support agents do more than follow a script. Rocky is a truly great guy who gives two cheers and provides serious care for people that want to use the internet to its fullest potential, whether you are a noob or a more advanced user (like myself.)
Thanks for affording me this opportunity to stop my parents from throwing away from wasting hard earned money with a company like COGEBLOWS for their crippled and unreliable internet service.
