The online sign-up form could be a little clearer, however phone and email support are top notch.
Expect Telus to botch the install and then fumble your multiple petitions for redress. Ride it out though, and demand unflinchingly a proper connection and you'll eventually love what TekSavvy can do for you.
My monthly cost is probably higher than average due to my 2-line mlppp contract and double-whammy on the dry dsl fee, but there's no question as to the value of product and service provided. As of 2010/06/09 TSI isn't even charging the mlppp fee, as it is "officially unsupported" in Telus country. I'm not even sure what that means, as I've had zero issue with it.
