I looked at both Rogers, and Bell. I got the 5mbit premium service for $30/ mo, with MLPPP for an extra $4.
Order was taken well, local support is excellent, not outsourced to India.
They've taken care of me, and service has been reliable.
UPDATE: Still the best DSL provider around.
