I moved from rogers to teksavvy i had to have a line issue resolved (bell didn't install are dsl line properly) it was solved very quickly, we got the 5mb plan but due to bells crappy inftrusure we are currently stuck at 1.4mb but webpages load much faster then they did on rogers (oddly) when i called teksupport (dsl line issue) someonme who didn't treat me like a 5yo answered the phone we ran threw a bunch of tests and we figured out it was bells fault overall teksavvy rules!
With teksavvy cable coming to my area soon i can't wait!!!, recently there was a large outage but it was fixed fairly quickly and we had a full explination of what happened. I can't help but be pleased with these guys keep up teh good work! and hopefully cable hurrys up for kitchener!
