"MLPPP, Great customer Service"
"Down time, Slow Downs, MLPPP being un-supported"
"Pick your posion"

Figure I should explain why I rated what I did. So far, connection reliability has been the worst I've had of any isp.
Services, well since mlppp is un-support and was a service why I signed up for and has now been disabled, I am paying for something I cannot use.
Value for the money, is not that great, since mlppp is un-supported, I have paid 3x for what I can only use 1 of.
Bottom line, no isp is perfect, bell was better for reliability and provides the same internet service, shaped 4pm-2am.
Rogers was also more reliable, even though they have a better service when MLPPP is not working , speed and P2P downloading.
Teksavvy, when MLPPP was working, would slow down , get overloaded erx's, have reboots all the time.
The amount of issues I have put up with from this isp rated so highly has been excessive and more then isp's that are complained about.
I am posting an honest review, so hopefully it can actually help someone base a decision.

| Hang in there! Good honest review.
Now that that's out of the way, I must urge you to hang on to Teksavvy!
This is (hopefully) a temporary overload, and the Teksavvy staff are working day and night to get it working for us.
For example, the teksavvy staff are on these forums every day garnering customer opinions and bug reports, to fix their problem. What other ISP would do the same?
Prior to this little tiff, connection was rock solid, and if you ask around, customer loyalty for Teksavvy (even during this incident) is still very strong, because they've earned our loyalty.
Hang in there for at least a month or two, it'll get better

2 edits | 2 cents You were never paying for single line mlppp service...it was never said to be a project teksavvy ran but more one the users started to avoid throttling. It was said since the beginning it was a test for yourself thing.
If you are referring to multilink mlppp then that hasnt had problems for as long as a time as stated. Its been mainly the past days that its been main problems. If you had such problems that when you called in to CSR and you didnt receive help you would've been better off posting in the direct forum.
True no ISP is perfect but Teksavvy comes pretty close to it when compared to others.
