Well, I've put off doing a review on TekSavvy because I felt I had nothing really new to add to the praise that had gone before.
Signup and transfer from Bell was simple and straightforward (in spite of my goof and asking for the change on a statutory holiday!.
The Technical Staff are amazing the very odd time I've had to call them. Please note that the couple times I thought I was having problems it turned out to be software I was using heh hee.
I'd originally signed up quite early to ensure I'd be set to go on the transfer date. Their normal billing begins then but as I was so early their Accounting staff took the trouble to change it to a more appropriate date - without any input from me!
I appreciated the open discussions Management had in the Forum when they found it necessary to revise their rate structure. I've recently switched plans to the slightly higher rate for unlimited as my bandwidth needs have increased. A small sum to pay for the freedom in my book.
Finally, as I was stuck on a contract with bell I had to wait to make the switch, but kept up to date in the forums to see what was going on. I think the thing that impressed me most was the "Golf Day/Party" that Rocky had for the staff to give them a well deserved break. I'd like to see their competitors top that one
