(ratings match consensus)

Support has not responded to tickets, emails or even their own support forum in about 2 weeks. Many people are complaining in their own fourms and the issues are not being addressed there (if they are real) or deleted (if they are fake)

I am running a BYOD plan using asterisk with a public ip. My ata is behind the router with another static ip +1 on the same switch. I have DMZ'ed my ata even though it talks fine to my asterisk box and always had. So there is no port issue now. The voice of calls drops to one way voice. I do not understand why but have received no help about this.

I am a sunrocket refugee but I never had problems with voice with them like I do with viatalk.

    swamped

Yep, they are swamped right now as they have admitted. No business can take a sudden several hundred percent increase in business and continue as usual. (because of sunrocket dying.)
VT did admit that they are responding to tech phone calls at a much higher priority than tickets. But, if you work with them, I am confident they can figure it out.

    Re: swamped

They could have hired more people. Not a big deal.

Their forums have been down for a few days now. What is the deal with that?
