wildblue is the worst company i've ever seen. There are no good points about this company. I've been with AT&T, cox, comcast, surewest and others.
I had wildblue service in two different states and it's the same, crappy. Terrible speeds, extremely low download thresholds (use the internet in normal use and a week later you passed the maximum allowed and you get cut off 80% for a month, and not only that it's measured on a rolling month so you can never get out of your hole. The cost is way too much, the customer support and tech support is non existent. I swear to you we have been on hold several times for over 4 hours before just giving up, no matter what time of day, day of week, you will never get through.
I can go on for days about how crappy this company is on every level.
BEWARE if you sign up with this company there is only one thing you can count on, you will be extremely disappointed and frustrated and at the end of the billing cycle you feel like you have been violated.
