The pre-install was somewhat of a headache... the information on who and when was somewhat shady as I heard from 3 diff. installers! The download speed is VERY good, actually I think better than my 1.5mbps dsl I had a few years back. All in all I'm happy.

EDIT: It's been a year now and I have dumped the WildBlue service. The support was lacking, and the latency was rather high. Things seemed fast at first, and towards the end but the longer part in the middle of those two times things slowed down a great deal. I would not suggest anyone use WildBlue unless you did not have dial-up as an option.

    UPDATE

I have had the service for almost a year now, looking back I wish I never ordered. The latency is horrid, and more often than not the speed dips down to speeds lower than dial-up. I have contacted the support team but they are less than helpful; not to mention that I cannot even use the support e-chat with my connection because the latency is so high they think I'm AFK and end the session. I've sent a long letter to them - over 2 pages long with lots of information and complaints/problems that I'm having, they replied with once sentence asking me to put in a ticket or call them - I doubt they even read the email!
