    Installs easily on PC, ready to make calls with a little audio configuring. I use Skype Out only to save on long distance. Sound quality is nothing great, but it's sufficient for a conversation and lagging/dropping etc is minimal.

    A recent change they've made is an annoyance. It only allows a call to ring for about 15 seconds, so it is now impossible to leave voice mails to anyone whose phone rings first, then goes to voice mail.
