I was getting sick of Qwest's $20 pound-me-in-the-a$$ fees and taxes, so I gave AT&T a try.. $25 a month, which I couldn't pass up, a few friends had it and said they loved it, and so do I, now! Very clear and easy to understand directions, great technical support, and very friendly sales/customer service. No way am I going back to Qworst for phone service. Came with a DLink TA that plugged right into my router, had to configure the ports for passthrough, but otherwise it was very very simple.
