30-Jan-2008 update:
After 6 months with Nuvio, I couldn't be happier. I did have one outage on a Sunday morning that lasted about 2 hours on 2-Dec-07. Other than that, it's been perfectly reliable with terrific call quality.
Original Review:
After Sunrocket melted down I signed up with Nuvio. I had been looking at them for some time, since for the most part, reviewers rave about the uptime. The setup process was relatively painless and simple. I had a few issues registering my ATA, but tech support was easy to get ahold of and able to fix things for me in a matter of minutes. My number port was completed in a timely manner. So far service has been working great (only had it for about 15 days, so I'll try to update this after 6 months). 7 digit dialing works fine. Call quality is very good (bandwidth saver off). They don't have some of the bells and whistles of other VOIP (call blocking, distinctive ring for virtual numbers), but if the reliability is there, I won't miss these features much. I just hope they don't let the influx of the new customer base (former Sunrocket customers) influence them to add features before they are fully tested for reliability. The customer portal is not as intuitive as some other VOIP services, but it's not too bad (adding services is pretty simple, although pricing for these services is usually only discovered in th faq section).
