Signed up with them the middle of 2007 with their BYOD $9.95 Residential Lite service to use as a backup. They worked so well I transfered my primary VOIP service to them and upgraded to the BYOD Residential Regional service using a SPA2102. The number port took about three weeks and went smoothly. They have been very helpful when I needed service. They work so well that I only needed help once setting up initially last year. They have passed the WAF test with flying colors. Haven't had any complaints from my "better half" since porting over to QuantumVoice.
24 Feb 2009 QuantumVoice is still solidly working day after day & month after month. It just works all the time!
