I have had many other voip accounts over the past two years, viatalk, lingo, callcentric, sunrocket and a few others I can't recall. BroadVoice has been the best thus far. Callcentric comes in a close second but I was having call reliability problems that got old.
I had my own grandstream device and once I pointed it to their server it configured automatically - same day I signed up.
I recommend you all try them. You stand an excellent chance of being satisfied......
