    After years of Vonage and 12 months of TWC Voip, Optimum Voice is a breath of fresh air. Voice quality is suburb and customer service is unmatched. Faxes have a 100% completion rate.

    A battery backup for the modem is provided FREE OF CHARGE for business customers. Backup time is around 6 hours.

    My services were installed less than 24 hours after the order was placed.
