I have been using a friends service for 2 months So I can not comment on PRE SALE or INSTALL but everything else I can. They have 5 Tiers Basic ranging from 256K/128k to 10MBPS/1.5Mbps prices ranging from 14.95 to 59.95 Tiers are 256k/128k, 1.5Mbps/256k 6Mbps/1Mbps 10Mbps/1Mbps and 10Mbps/1.5Mbps I currently am on the mid speed which is decent. But as soon as I get my own service. I will have 10Mbps/1.5mbps and I will revisit this review. This company has HDTV and Digital Phone. At that time I Will give a review of how the highest speed goes.
Over the weekend (Labor day 2008) Email went down. Could it be for maintenance? Could it been down for other reasons unknown but it is up and running smooth, there has not been very many problems. I hope this ISP goes to Docsys 3.x so we can have 25/10 or greater. Other than that, if you have a choice between this and Comcast select this one. Even tho comcast is offering a free Wii it isn't worth that limited internet. Yes Limited. You cannot download more than 40 gb over a month. At least this is what I heard. They are severely limiting their non business end-users. So Good luck on choice and please take this review in heart if you have Wave in your area.
