My overall experience with Packet-8 has been excellent and the system delivers everything as advertised. It is the technical support service, yes technical support that made me a believer. I have been an art and personal property appraiser in Florida for 26 years and added a second office appraising exotic automobiles. My needs were simple; call my local or 800 number, press 1 or 2 to ring either office. Unfortunately my local telephone company did not have a clue as to how this could be accomplished. I stumbled upon the Packet 8 system at my local office supply store, purchased two Packet 8 phones and by the end of the day both offices were linked. It is simple plug and play technology, configuring the system is complicated until you speak with Packet 8 technical support. Their training is superb and they stayed with me until I was satisfied. I find it impossible now to live without the message feature that sends a copy of the messages to my email. I can replay that message on my cell phone anywhere. When the internet is down it automatically transfers the call to another number and you can even keep your phone from ringing in the middle of the night, yet take a message. I know that I have omitted something but it is a good product backed by a first class technical support team. When was the last time you actually spoke to one?
