    I have used Packet 8 for my small business for almost 2 years. Due to Packet 8's innovative web based "PBX" we were able to go to a 100% home based business. Now I have employees scattered throughout the world and our clients can't notice the difference. Call quality is great, tech support is great - the web based PBX is good, but not great. The pricing on the phone lines itself saved us lots of money - not to mention that I don't have to rent a costly location for us to "go to work".
