    I've been using Packet8 since early summer 2003. It took one week from order to installation.

    Packet8 has been a very reliable and worthwhile service. There were a few times in the past where we had issues but recently, all has gone smoothly.

    Packet8 needs a better way to inform us of updates. One of my friends who purchased P8 was ready to cancel it after two months until I gave him the newest firmware revision.

    It would be nice if we could associate additional phone numbers (local to friends and family) and use fax/modems with their service.

    Overall, I believe that I will stay with Packet8 for quite a while. Its a great service that is well worth every penny we pay per month.
