    Once you recommend something you dont want to support that person. Its not your job! Luckily Vonage will come through for them. 5 for quality & reliability I had them 2002-2003 and the only reason why I left was due to price.

    Sorry, can you please clarify.

    Does that mean that you do not use them currently?

    You also say: "Luckily Vonage will come through for them", yet you rated tech support at 60%.

    Again, I am sorry, and not to nitpick, but this left me very confused.

    Since it is now 2008 and I said I used them from 2002-2003 that would mean I no longer use them.

    I remember I was sent to tech support for simple things and was read a script. I hate scripts think outside the box.
