    Great value and rock solid service. I have only had to contact support twice in 2 years but they are completely unhelpful to say the least.

    Fortunately, I don't have a need to contact support often.

    I also have a fax line with Vonage and it is the only fax line I have ever had with a VoIP provider that actually worked!
