    Got Vonage after room-mate threw a fit and ripped the phone out of the VoIP line. Setup was a breeze, and up and running in about 15 minutes.

    Did have 1 problem with calls dropping. Called tech support and had a 5 minute wait. Took about 10 minutes to fix the problem, and never had an issue again.

    Moved at the end of September, once my net was back up, has the Vonage line back up in 5 minutes. All it took was a quick change in the Vonage website, and it was right up.

    Excellent service for the cost.
