I've had Vonage since January of 2007 and I love it. I highly recommend it.
UPDATE: As of January 1st, 2009, my Vonage service has been very good, so much so, that I ported my main home telephone number to Vonage, for a total of two Vonage lines. Once in a blue moon during peak usage time of my OOL Broadband connection, I may experience a dropped call, but it's always immediately restored, I still love Vonage and the savings compared to my previous expenses are now significant.
