    I had Vonage for well over 2 years of which the entire time they didn't add 1 new feature.. A major feature being Anonymous Call Rejection and a Block List... Call quality was horrible and service would go down all the time.. atleast once a week website would be extremely slow you couldn't even login...... They are over priced. I now am with Viatalk that I got 2 years for $199 and alot better quality and have those additional services that Vonage lacks...

    So I give Vonage an Grade of a F-

    Vonage...

    Sorry to hear you had such hard luck with Vonage. I've been using them for a few years now. I've even switched countries and ISPs without any issues whatsoever.

    I've been using Cox since I moved back to the Virginia Beach area and I have not had a single issue.

    My parents tried using Vonage for a while but they had issues as well. I can't help but wonder if Cox and Vonage only get along in certain areas. I live near Sandbridge, my parents were about 20 minutes away.

    Glad you're having better luck with your new provider though.
