    First off This is a First and a EXIT review to vonage.

    Set up was fast and easy. From Best buy to home and 2 phone lines in under a hour not bad. PAP-2 used in the install.

    4 months after sign up got one more line. ( big mistake)
    Set out a RTP-300 linksys had it for about 62 days and started to drop the line. Light on the adapter would go out but the router would work fine. Call them finally after 5 calls i got to speak to some in NJ that was Level 2 support. He told me i would be better off to go buy a new adapter he could see it was bad. I replaced it with a PAP-2 and everything worked fine. HUMMM A ONE MONTH WARRANTY on the adapter come on.

    Call quality and reliability was very good always on never out except for one hour while they did some kind of upgrade to the voicemail..

    Tech support is the worst. These tech people need to take the book they read a do something else with it. 5 times on the phone with them and not till i reached someone in NJ did they tell me my adapter was bad. POOR.

    Value for your money not realy that bad.

    Exit i had them over 2 yrs and liked it but didnt have the features that others had and i wanted so i left. Also 2 locked PAP-2 and one RTP-300 i use for door stops now.
