    I've had good experience with Vonage. All of my service related issues has primarily been related to problems with my broadband connection. Since this service requires a stable and fast broadband connection...it is easy to see why this can be an issue.

    Beyond that, I have no problem with the service. And I am aware of an accept the limitaitons. Primarily:

    -Non-traditional 911 calling support.
    -No service is power outage.

    Be aware of the limitations and you'll love this service.
