    Great service. wish they would've had my area code covered several years ago i would've switched a long long time ago. this makes moving so much easier. no transferring, waiting for a new line to be activated. very few fees to pay unlike the regular 'ma bell' telephone companies.

    -update 12/01/2008-
    service has been very good the last 4 years. sad to see that they are increasing the basic 500 price. means I will be dropping vonage sometime this spring.
