    The equipment is easy to set up and use. In general, great quality. But lossy at times. Also tends to loose audio from time to time. The features are lacking in comparison with some of the other VOIP providers currently available. Vonage has great coverage. As soon as Voice Pulse or BroadVoxDirect is available; I plan on putting them to the test. Tech support is horrible. Wait times are unbelievable. They say they have just trained a new class of tech reps. Still 40+ minute wait times. Fortunately my cordless phones also have the ability to act as speaker phones.

    Update: I now have voicepulse and forward my vonage calls to my VP number until LNP is available. I am extremely satisfied with the switch. All of those issues caused by my ISP seem to have disappeared with VoicePulse. I know many people have had great luck with Vonage,. It seems to be luck of the draw so to speak. If you have problems, they seem to stay with you.
