    Order vonage and everything was easy to setup. I got the 24.99 plan. Had some issues setting up my phone number but no biggie. Calls are sort of clear. I wouldnt say its better or more reliable than a phone line but for the price and features it cant be beat. I also believe i dont have enough upload for it(128).

    When i say unreliable im meaning about 2% downtime a month if that. I am just trying to tell it how it is. Your internet dies...it will die get the picture.

    Still for $$$ it my service of choice.

    UPDATE: Used Braodvox for the last 4 years. Vonage was a bit shady for me back when i first got. Broadvox was good. I was paying 19.95 a month.

    I switched cause i figured for the extra 5 a month i wont have to pay for calls to England which was costing me 2 cents a minutes on Braodvox. Also needed new equipment. My broadvox hardware was really outdated. I couldnt get my full speed with it right off the cable modem. It was capping me at 700kb a sec. Moved it to behind the router got my full connection speed back (1.2mbps), but call quality was worse.

    I got the motorola VT2142. Calls are great quality and my speed are not limited by the box. Happy customer here.
