I started with Telocity DSL way back in the day. They went out of business soon after I signed up, automatically switched over to DirecTVDSL. I discovered that I had bad internal wiring and connected up a home run for my DSL service. Found a "Pair Gain" branded whole house DSL filter. Performance was near rated performance. Discovered that I could get faster service at my house reading DSLreports. At some point DirecTVDSL went out of business and I was switched over to SBC/Yahoo. got a new modem and had to double check my phone wiring. My router couldn't keep up with the improved speeds, had to switch out for a WRT54G.
All in all, very satisfied, run many computers in my home off of this line.
