    When I first signed up for the service I had read about doing home-run lines so I was prepared for the possibility -- that would be required.

    After I got past the initial troubled period of use and realized the home-run line was necessary the service became fairly stable.

    Recently I used the at&t website to upgrade from express to pro. The website said I was eligible so I signed up online. Three days later I had the speed increases I was expecting. Yes -- it really worked as expected -- no problems.
