When I first bought my quick service restaurant I knew I wanted to upgrade my merchant services link from a phone line to broadband, so I could process orders faster. I looked into Comcast business and AT&T. At the time Comcast's Voip services were new. AT&T has a business office 4 blocks from my store and they assured me that the service would be lightning fast and reliable. Well, it's been anything but. I've had four modems replaced, three of them Speedtreams, and the fourth a 2wire. Everyday at lunch when I need it to be reliable, the connection goes out. I've called AT&T broadband services to no avail. I've harassed serviceman who come into my restaurant to take a look at it. Each service call has resulted in a different diagnosis, none of which has fixed my problem. Now that my year of service is up, I'm looking to switch to anything. Even two cans and a string.
